Lynne Merchant is an Internationally known wire artist and teacher. Her initial education was at The California College of Arts & Crafts. During the 1960’s curiosity took her on an eight year journey throughout Africa & Asia, eventually ending up in France where she returns every summer.
Loyal to the traditions of ethnic wire bending, everything is created with ten simple tools that fit into a traveling pouch.
Lynne lives in North County of San Diego. She teaches regularly at The Shepherdess and throughout The United States.
